Expanding Our Community: Announcing new Associate and Observer Membership categories

We are pleased to announce the introduction of two new membership categories—Associate Members and Observer Members—as part of our ongoing commitment to modernise, professionalise, and grow the Corporate Registries Forum, while maintaining the primacy of corporate registries in our organisation.

These changes reflect the strategic direction adopted at our 2022 AGM and the revised Constitution of 2023, which emphasised inclusivity, diversity, and broader engagement across the corporate registration, economic growth, and anti-money laundering communities.

Associate Membership
Associate Membership is now open to non-commercial organisations working in the fields of corporate registration, economic growth, and AML. Associate Members will enjoy all the benefits of full CRF membership, with the exception of voting rights in elections.
Annual Fee: $1,316 USD (double the full member rate)
Benefits: Full access to CRF communications, events, and resources, excluding voting rights
Eligibility: Non-commercial entities aligned with CRF’s mission (commercial entities are not eligible).

Observer Membership
To encourage participation from jurisdictions not yet part of the CRF, we are introducing a one-year Observer Membership. This “try before you buy” model allows corporate registries to experience the full value of CRF membership at a reduced rate.
Annual Fee: 50% of the full member rate (tiered by development status)
Benefits: Full access to CRF communications, events, and resources, excluding voting rights
Duration: One calendar year (non-renewable for five years if not followed by full membership)

Conference Participation
Both Associate and Observer Members will now qualify for the Member rate at our annual conference. For 2025, this represents a $300 USD discount per delegate compared to non-member rates.
