The new Constitution of the Corporate Registers Forum has come into force, after having been approved and ratified by members at our recent Annual General Meeting in Malta.
Among its many changes, designed to modernise the CRF and bring it closer to members, was a new system for electing our Executive Committee. This, for the first time, guarantees geographic and gender diversity – with a seat for every region of the globe, ensuring members voices are heard.
