REPRESENTING:

Australia

Australian Registry Business Services

Rosanne’s involvement with the CRF goes back to 2007 when she was  appointed to the Executive Committee.  Rosanne held the role of  President of the CRF from 2017 to August 2021.

Rosanne formerly led the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)’s Registry team.

In this role, she oversaw the administration of over 30 legal  registers, registers of companies and business names, and a range of  professional and other registers.

The Registry team handled more than 3 million lodgements and  facilitates more 120 million searches each year. Rosanne had  responsibility for ASIC’s Customer Contact Centre, which handles over  900,000 enquiries annually. Rosanne implemented major reforms including  the National Business Names register and a new Financial Advisers  Register.

She also led ASIC’s work with government to substantially modernise  business registers. Rosanne is a member of the Australian Institute of  Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and postgraduate  qualifications.

With the move of the Australian business registries from ASIC to the  Australian Taxation Office in 2021 Rosanne stepped down from her roles  on the CRF Executive.

Rosanne was an evangelist for the work of the CRF internationally.   She participated in numerous conferences and technical workshops along  with working collegially with both the IACA and EBRA registry  organisations.
