Prior to assuming the post of the Registrar of Companies in July 2025, Ms Wong served in various bureaux and departments of the Government of the HKSAR, including the Chief Secretary for Administration's Private Office, the former Home Affairs Bureau, the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau, the Chief Executive’s Office, the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau , the Tourism Commission, the former Financial Services Bureau, the former Health and Welfare Bureau, the Home Affairs Department and the former Industry Department.
