Mr Malik was serving a second term on the Executive Committee of the CRF and has been an enthusiastic and generous supporter of this organisation. Mr Malik's wisdom and experience will be sadly missed by both the Executive Committee and the CRF as a whole. Our deepest sympathies are extended to Mr Malik's family and colleagues at SECP.

Mr Malik lost his life as the result of an accident in Islamabad on July 17, 2008. His funeral was held on July 20, 2008.
